Barbara Bray is a creative learning strategist, author, teacher, podcast host, speaker, keynoter, coach, and difference-maker. She has been on a journey to transform teaching and learning for over 30 years. Barbara developed My eCoach as an online coaching platform to support educators. She is past co-founder of Personalize Learning, LLC and the co-author of two books, Make Learning Personal and How to Personalize Learning.

Barbara began her Rethinking Learning podcast in 2017 so she could focus on the stories. At the same time, she began as co-host of the #rethink_learning Twitter chat. In February 2020, she published Define Your WHY for anyone who wants to own their story so they can live and learn on purpose. Since the pandemic, Barbara has expanded on the stories and activities that are in her book to redefine the WHY for individuals, schools, districts, and organizations.
