Matthew J. Bowerman is a father of six, author/speaker, and school administrator in Maryland. An Emmy and Cine award winning writer and director, Matthew has spent more than 25 years serving in schools as a Theatre, Special Education, English and Reading teacher alongside his other career as a professional actor/singer/dancer for stage,television, and film. His book, Heartleading, with a focus on K-12 trauma responsive teaching and leading, is due out this summer from Teacher Goals.
