Leading By Empowering Series Overview

Unless you have an official title, you may not consider yourself to be a leader…yet. May we challenge you to believe that as an educator, you ARE a leader. Don’t be fooled by the title of this course. This is not only for those who hold a title but also for any educator who works with people, be it students or adults. Leading By Empowering is a course for YOU.

In this series, leaders with varied backgrounds and experiences in education share their stories on how they are leading by empowering… and you will find numerous tips and ideas on how to do just that! Some topics include how to spice up your monthly staff meetings, how to help staff feel valued by providing a transparent and collaborative workplace, how to include them in the decision-making process, and more!
