Mindfulness is more than a yoga class term, it can be a way of life for those who are overwhelmed or unfocused. Today’s episode features the experiences of Morgan Atkins, a teacher with an emphasis in SEL (Social Emotional Learning) who managed to improve her students’ mental wellbeing through mindfulness. This past year she took classes from Mindful Schools and the Institute for Jewish Spirituality around teaching mindfulness to youth and it inspired her to continue the journey so she could share these methods with other educators.
