In Episode 61 of The Staffroom Podcast, Chey and Pav talk about how we can elevate our integrated arts program with limited access to technology. Using a great activity to highlight the impacts of war on all the students of their classes, Chey and Pav delve deeper about how they used a simple idea like producing double exposure pictures to really create some amazing graphic design and digital photography editing in their classrooms. Encompassing the ideas of Culturally Relevant and Responsive Pedagogy, including Social Emotional Learning, applying the ideas of being Creators in our spaces and utilizing free and accessible apps such as Snapseed, Over and Adobe Spark really helped to establish this unique and highly engaging learning experience.
