S4 Reflection 10 – Josh: First Year AP You Can’t Do It All

Joshua BuckleyPunk Rock Classrooms Podcast

Reflection is an important part of what we believe in here at xPRCx. Working on ourselves to better parts of our community, better educators, and better people. If we want our scene to be one where we all get better, we need to reflect on where we are at and what we have done.

Josh is using his reflections this year to look at his first year as an Assistant Principal. He is sharing what is going well, what he is struggling with, and just what’s going on.

On this episode he shares about taking his own punk rock classrooms advice and knowing that you can’t do it all. He shares how he is struggling with not being able to be everything to every one but also the good in making sure that you have your team of people with you, your scene or your crew, to help get the work done.

So remember, its not a solo act. So grab your band and get the work done together.
