Reflection is an important part of what we believe in here at xPRCx. Working on ourselves to better parts of our community, better educators, and better people. If we want our scene to be one where we all get better, we need to reflect on where we are at and what we have done.

Josh is using this season’s reflections to share about his first year as an assistant principal. On this episode, he is discussing the ups and downs of his first quarter in this new role. From the small victories, to building connections, and just realizing he doesn’t have enough time to do it all.
